I’m Sadie Arseneault, a REALTOR® with Creed Realty, born and raised in Hampton Roads. I help homeowners sell and buy their next home as one plan, and I help buyers who are moving here from away.

I built my practice the Hampton Roads way: one family, one referral, one closing at a time. I’m based in Virginia Beach and work across Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News and Williamsburg. I grew up here, and I know these neighborhoods the way locals do.
If you’re selling to buy your next home, I plan both moves as one: what your home should sell for, and how the timing lines up with the next one. Then I bring a pricing strategy, professional photography, and a listing that goes out on the MLS, Zillow and everywhere buyers look. See what your home is worth.
If you’re moving here from away, on PCS orders or for a new job, I can be there when you can’t. I tour homes with you live on FaceTime, you sign your offer electronically, and I plan the closing with the closing attorney or settlement agent around where you are.
